Gonna sound weird, but if you grind the end of the little flap screw off til its flush with the bar (no visible threads out the back), they unscrew so much easier and don't strip. Worked awesome for me. So many pencils! ✏ 🖋🖊🤙

You'll need to resharpen the tune. Some people leave the rod in there with the motors and it ahouldent throw any codes

Don’t need to drill the first bit off where the motor is as the whole thing slides out that way. Drill out the screws remove the flaps and tap it from the sensor side. Just done it today

Nope. Removing the pencil restriction allows more to flow though it. More air, more fuel more boom

They should be alight as is, for optimal pencil flow it would be ideal to weld them shut and smooth them out. but wouldent be the end of the world if you did not

It seems like you burn through grinding stones like me… Here is a piece of info I have used and done to get more for almost free. Start going to estate sales and if they post images of what the sale has before it’s opening date, go through the pictures and look for tools. This is how I’ve gotten a ton of tools for less than 1/3 retail cost. Hell the guy I know charges me $20 for whatever I have even if I have fifteen bags of paint, tools, mid century modern, junk etc….
