STI TGV Delete/Fuel Rail/Fuel Injector Assembly

Getting the TGVs set up to go back into the car, I can't yet install them as I need to remove the Turbo and Secondary air pumps but wanted to go over the assembly steps to get the TGVs ready to be put into the car. Net step is removing the turbo as well as the exhaust!
