Nice. The only problem I see is you did not treat the wood to make it waterproof, it would last a lot longer if you did. Also point out that the carpet has a grain, so make sure the carpet runs the same direction when you are putting it on or you will have slightly different color grey sections.

Wow that beautiful sound when the first floor piece slips in!! Quality stuff man and doesn’t hurt my brain to figure out how you’ve done it. Although how did you put the hinges on the top cast deck? Or does it just slip on that 90degree aluminium?
