How to make Cute Heart Bath Bombs for Valentines Day
TIPS; you can color your bath bombs with mica powder. If you do, I recommend using about 2% polysorbate 80(remove 2% from the oil phase). Remember the percentages of your liquid ingredients may need adjusted depending on the humidity level of your environment. Using polysorbate 80 will allow the color to be evenly dispersed in the bath tub. Also, since these bath bombs contain oil, and oil and water don't mix, the oil will just settle on the top of your bath unless you add in some polysorbate 80.
If you are finding trouble getting your bath bomb mixture to stick together like wet sand try using some rubbing alcohol. Incorporate it with a spray bottle. The rubbing alcohol will eventually evaporate out of the bath bombs and will not be left in the final product.

I hesitate to formulate anything specifically for babies as I know babies have such sensitive skin and I don’t want one of my formulations to ever cause any harm to a babies delicate skin. So I’m not sure if I will ever feel comfortable sharing any baby product recipes. I’m so sorry!

These ones sink. If you want them to float I would skip the himalayan salt. I would also replace some of the baking soda and citric acid for more corn starch. If that doesn't work I would use rubbing alcohol too moisten the bath bombs. As rubbing alcohol will evaporate and not be present in the finished bath bomb.
