Fz version 2.0 injector model While running around 40 to 50 km speed Bike gets knocking or missing issue at the same time eco indication also gets off. Low speed and high speed no issue. Please solve this problem.

You can adjust idles in throttle cables, if you turn the air screw counterclockwise you are making the fuel mixture lean and it cause piston breaks,you can only adjust aircrew unless you are using a programable ecu😁 i work in Yamaha as a chief mechanic.

@@MrBrijesh143 do few things : Clean the throttle body, replace the spark plug and also clean the injector. Check if the temperature sensor is connected properly with the plug. Clean the fuel tank and fill fresh petrol. If all this doesn't help, it can be due to a choked fuel filter inside the tank. Then you will have to remove the fuel pump and clean everything.

I have a problem with my fazer 2.0 just changed the battery recently because I a haven’t used for over 4 months after the battery change and when I start the motor bike it is automatically revving really hard I’m glad I put it on neutral other wise it would have run off. Let it fully warm up for like 5-10 mins and see what's it behaving like. If it still keeps revving, see if the throttle cable is stuck, else check the idle screw.

Bike not starting can be due to a different reason. Increase the RPM by rotating counter clock wise for around 5-10 rounds and start the bike. Then again start the adjustment.

Like in carburettor dont you have air fuel ratio screw and idle rpm screw. I see that below the throttle body there is a small nut which can be used to adjust rpm as well. It has to be adjusted with a hex/allen key. I am confused on why there are two ways to adjust rpm. Can you please clear this ?

EFI engines have the computer (ECU) which constantly measures the air intake temperature / pressure (throught MAP Sensor) and the exhaust oxygen levels using the O2 sensor. Based the the pressure, temperature, oxygen levels, it decided the amount of fuel to be mixed in the intake air using the injector. This process happens extremely quickly and the ECUs are capable to running 50-100 cycles in a second for achieving the perfect mix. So adjustment of af mixture is completely out of question as it's preset inside the ECU. The only thing that's adjustable in our non-ride-by-wire throttle bodies is the idle RPM which is shown in this video. For bikes that have ride by wire, the idle RPM is also company preset and cannot be altered.

@@bagassriindrantoro6807 the drop in RPM is absolutely normal. The ECU has a temperature sensor which raises the RPM when the engine temperature is low acting like a auto choke. After reaching operating temperature it drops to normal idle RPM. As far as sound goes the head is a lil noisy after heatup. Also clutch bell noise is present in most Yamahas. It's kind of a characteristic of Yamaha engine.
