This design is so perfect. It's "beefy", yet clean lines and timeless style. Lots of options with the feet or no feet. Perfect for some many indoor, out door uses. This design can grow, or downsize with the family and circumstances. A set of 4 would make a versatile modular set. 3 make a couch with 1 chair, 2 make 2 love seats, or 4 chairs to put around the fire pit... so many flex ideas.

I was thinking the same things. The modern design of this chair would be great for a set of 4, indoor or outdoor.

I completely like the chair, feet or no feet!! Maybe just a small rubber foot pad under it to keep it from scratching or rubbing the area you place it. I’m going to make a couple of these! Thanks again for a great video.

The feet really elevate the design (it feels more like an art piece with them on) but I totally get leaving them off for outdoors for practical reasons. I appreciate the level of detail and thought you always put into your videos, thank you for all your hard work!

Made the chair, my friend loves it! She is smaller so I made it so the seat had two places to install the back. One for her and one for anyone else. I used the larger lumber for the seat and thinner for the back. No problems with strength on the back. She installed industrial rollers for the feet to help her move it. Now she wants a foot stool to match ! Thank you for the great ideas and videos.

I like it with the clear feet, because it looks like it's floating but also because it introduces a second type of material to the chair i.e. wood + perspex/glass.

I love this! For my knees, I would need it to be a little higher, but I like the look either way. Maybe make a couple of each, so guests could choose which to use. Redwood would also be a great look for these. Excellent presentation of your process also.
