Most people would look at that mobile home and think it’s trash - haul it away and place a new one on the property. Not you guys!!! You see potential. With some hard work, time and skill -. VOILA !! = new house 🏡 More young folks should get the hint - What an amazing example and inspiration you are !!! ❤

These days itd cost as much to dispose of it as it would to strengthen it . People tend to forget it was a free mobile with the land they bought . .not the other way around . Its about time we went back to repairing rather than dumping I'm really glad to see it . So Im in total agreement with you 😁😁 hi from Ireland 🇮🇪

What’s sad is that usually you can’t get a loan for a trailer especially a 1984 one. Doesn’t matter how well the fix it up. But they said they don’t intend to sell it so it’s all good.

You did a very good job of removing a useless door to give you more space to live in. It is in my opinion better to have to manage in case of unknown problem, to quickly evacuate the premises TOGETHER, the number of doors you have decided. You win in both cases. You are careful, you always document seriously, before making a decision, on the best standards, norms, and you apply them. I admire your sense of responsibility to protect your family. BRAVO

Belle looks just like her beautiful mom. She is getting so grown up. I miss her drawings. I hope she is still doing her art. I was an art teacher for 45 years, both elementary and high school. Her drawings were so well done and advanced. One of the best drawing books I came across was "Mark Kistler's Draw Squad". It has simple, easy directions for drawing shapes and shading for volume and mass, step by step instructions for drawing shapes and shading. My students loved it and it took them into shading for 3D shapes like vases, castles, and many, many other things. Amazon offers it. I have followed you and your family for many years now and love your videos and you all as well. Thanks for allowing me to become part of your "family".

I think if these homes had a more substantial gutter system it would help immensely. The gutters aren't enough to handle the water shed.

Those mini gutters are terrible. I seems they are more for securing the roof and hiding the roof edge seam than for helping with water. That's definitely an area that could use some improvement.
