Thank goodness now yes. And they even have plus sized clothing available for people who are bulky and they even have modeling contests and modeling shows for plus sized people to show plus sized clothes. But not back then. Back then if a girl/woman didn't have a certain kind of body, then it would be hard for her to fit in with society. We still have this these days, but at least there are more options available for people who are bulky. From properly dieting and properly exercising( each company has their own diet plans like weight watchers and many others) to having a knowledgeable dietician, to wearing fat burning belts, to having weight loss surgery etc... One who wants to loose weight can try all these things

When I was a teenager in the late 1990's, I starved myself for a long time. I would binge eat, and purge out what I ate, and exercised non-stop. I'm 40 years of age now, and I no longer do this. Boy!!! Those years wasted!!!!!

I remember first seeing this episode when I was about 8 when it was on ‘nick@nite’ and at the time I was also diagnosed with anxiety and depression disorders but now being 17…. looking back at it,, this episode stuck with me and is one of the many reasons as to why ‘Full House’ is one of my favorite shows. It definitely helps whenever sometimes I reach a horrible low in my life again and consider the topics that is dealt with in the show but then it reminds me that I’m just as perfect as the way I am🥰

You don't even drink water ..right?.. I tried for 14 hrs fast without food and water .this is not for weight loss just to help body detox itself...I follow Luke Coutinho. It is really difficult but doing from one evening to next day afternoon is better as we will sleep for 8 hrs in between....how do you guys do for 1 month..that's really amazing

Sometimes starving yourself seems like the only way to do it but it's not. Even if for some reason you can't go on a diet or exercise all the time you should never starve yourself. If you want to lose weight, eat small portions and healthily and that means well rounded diet not just salads.

This episode is so relatable. I’ve motivated myself to start doing cardio again. Best decision I’ve made because my resting heart rate has gone down about 10 numbers. I try and eat as healthy as I can but it’s really hard when you see all kinds of food flying around you at the workplace!

I saved my friend from a really bad habit. She came to my house and i went to the bathroom. When i came back she was unconscious on my floor. She hadn't eaten that much in three weeks. She ate a singular yogurt tube once every three day. We got her to eat and we told her parents. That friend of mine is now getting married next week. ❤️

I went thru the same thing and my sisters found out and told my parents I was so upset with my sisters at the time but then I realized they only told my parents bc they didn’t want me to get sick and end up in the hospital and it was the same when I try to commit suicide they cried for me non stop and til this day watching this episode helped me realize that you don’t have to be skinny to be beautiful you can be beautiful in your own unique way ❤
