Hi Everyone, I just want to clarify a few things I have said in this video. The DJI Goggles 2 have no dedicated Anti-Fog system like we see on Skyzones, Orqas, Fat Sharks or even the Avatar Goggles that gently blows air over the eye area. DJI are using the same setup they used in the V1 and V2 goggles where they are trying to draw in from the face mask area and expel that after cooling the internal components. On the V1 and V2 Goggles this actually works OK, its not the best but its decent and this is because the inlet vents on the front of the goggles is fairly small and the inlet area in the mask is large( The long bar). On Goggles 2 DJI are using the same setup however the balance of airflow appears more towards the front ducts than the ducts in the face mask area. The two bottom ducts on the front of the Goggles 2 are much larger than on the V2 googles and the fan is located right next to them. As such the system is simply sucking the air in through the path of least resistance i.e. the bottom ducts and very little to none is being pulled from the mask area. You could see in this video the path to the front ducts is much more restricted than the back. As such this is IMO why the goggles appear to me to have poor performance in this regard and fog Easley. *Cant It Be Fixed.* Yes and No. The design of the goggles is what is it, we cant change that, however DJI could increase the fan speed or allow in FW for users to override the lower setting and have a boost mode for instance, we don't know the affect this will have as we have not seen the system in this setup, its possible the fan on full speed would move more air than the front ducts can provide and as such pull from the face mask but this is not something we can test unless DJI provide it as an option. Its also worth adding that the airflow is is massively restricted on the outs put as its being pushed over the heat sink and out the top. There is some alterative options that also will work but we don't know the impact yet and that's restricting the front lower ducts. I have tested this by blocking them with tape and yes it then starts to pull air though the mask however we don't know the affect this would have on internal temps. Though strongly feel some better balancing of airflow could improve things. Finally there is the modification and 3rd party options, I have been working on a Fat Shark Style fan duct and I think there is options for this with a modification's to the current mask. Furthermore I can see room for 3rd parties making a mask that help with this too. This is in my personal opinion a problem caused by poor design choices however its not fundamental, its not great but some will need a solution and im 100% we will have one sooner than later. As always none of my comments are ever designed to make people regret their purchase or kill your excitement, I am simply saying how im finding things. Stay Safe Mad.

Revisited this to look if they really had to compromise fit. Looks like there was some more space for nose width and bridge clearance with some minor design tweaks. I wish someone would make a high quality glass lens replacement even if it's a diy, warranty voiding install procedure. Looks like they had room to position the optics slightly closer to the eyes as well but choose not too in order to fit more faces in a compromised manor.

My Skyzone analogue goggles have no anti-fog. I find it no trouble as I always wear them on my forehead when not in use! This keeps the lenses warm from body heat. Although there doesn’t seem to be any videos yet of anyone having fog issues, it may just be a matter of time.
