Still another very clear and informative video of the options that the DJI Mavic 2 Pro offers. Very good presentation, friendly narrated and definitely pivotal in helping us overcome our fear with the rather "complex" or "obscure" flight modes of this aircraft! Many, many thanks for this upload!

Hey Dylan thanks for the tutorial I have one question, on tap fly free mode, after a while does you're obstacle avoiding completely turn off? Or has it ever? because my obstacle avoidance in all directions completely turn off when I'm on tap fly free mode. Are you on the latest firmware? Thanks again
@lipoc5 жыл бұрын
According to the manual, obstacle avoidance turns off in TapFly free mode.

Does the VS increase the farther above or below the white line you tap? I.e. does it descend faster the farther below the white line you tap and does it ascend faster the father above the white line you tap?

Thanks for this tutorial! What does the little green circle with the "H" in it on the horizon line tell us? I noticed it moved when you put the drone into "Free" mode.
@ibainesy4 жыл бұрын
haven't tried it myself, but looking at his home point location on map, the H on the horizon line could indicate his Homepoint direction?

@@ibainesy I think you're right. Direction of home, but doesn't speak of distance (have to look below for that).

You should really put your phone in to airplane mode when flying the drone - it also helps when sharing video so that we don't see the notifications ;)

Is there a max speed in tap fly?
@Kaisersozze3 жыл бұрын
Is there a way to make it fly vertically, straight? I need to film a 14 story condo building, ascending from bottom to top, filming straight on to the building. Using manual mode the speed changes no matter how careful I am.

What would you use this mode for?
@socal0buck Жыл бұрын
The drone flies itself. Automatically changes height as it moves. Leaving you free to turn it and control the camera. It is very difficult to get those type of shots doing it manually. It is the most important flight mode on the Mavic 2 pro.
