Can't help but can say you are not alone. I crashed mine into a tree it fell 20 feet. The drone itself is fine but the gimbal does pretty much the same. So gutted as I was gonna film for a charity race at the the end of the month. Can't see that happening. Gutted.

just change the ribbon. I did it. It's sort of tricky getting the ribbon correct, and also the video wire make sure it is not pinched when putting the covers back on. I had a slight pinch. It would calibrate with the cover off, and when I'd put it on, it would not calibrate. So I carefully put it back on and it calibrated.

+kelvin tong try collaborating the sensors and update by using DJI Assistant, it might fix yours. I purchased mine online and it came faulty, it crashed and now the dealer don't want to fix it, contact DJI if you can't fix it, how long have you had it?

Common issue with mavic pro,the dreaded flex problem,happened to me the other day and after i replaced the flex,i still have this error,i then replaced the gimbal...

got the same problem. DJI blamed and said impact due to scratches on the propellers. (no crash and only entangled in tree leaves) kept explaining how this is a global problem experienced by alot of mavic users.

My mavic crash and same problem, send back to dji Hong kong cost me Usd 410.00. Now come back to me as usual.

I send to local dealer on the 5th Feb and They send back to DJI Hong Kong, I get it back on 28 Mac. ZakSafari i live in Malaysia.

I found that after firmware update you have to start the drone upside down. Let it auto adjust the gimble, then flip it back over and on the controller auto calibrate the gimble

ZakSafari you can do. You get them from Amazon but it's a tricky job. If you're not sure maybe better to but a new camera from eBay!

They sell them on eBay or Amazon. Look it up as Mavic ribbon cable. Make sure it's the original DJI one to ensure an exact fit.

It's the flex cable on the gimbal,it's the usual suspect,15 euros in amazon but a little difficult to install

Dji Mavic Pro is a piece of bad quality control, not touching it before they get their shit together.
