Here's a work-around that I figured out today; I broke the USBc phone adapter because the 90-degree connection is pretty wonky and fragile (my phone took a literal 4" fall from my hands to the table and it broke). So I went to the local camera shop and bought a 3.5mm male to USBc cable. I connected the receiver to the iPhone 16 and it worked perfectly. The only thing you lose is the 3.5mm jack for headphones. But, with a splitter you can have both...

ok this got me sold. so apparently all i need is this as a remote control for starting/stopping the recording of video am i right? will that be the same if i am on photo mode? i'd get this one instead of the gps bluetooth remote controller. this is a mic+remote and more useful than a gps+remote

I can't seem to connect my mic mini on my mimo app, using the usb type c adapter included... The mimo app can detect its receiver... Are those options from mimo app only availbale to iphone users?

No. They work for Android. You need to Download the latest Mimo app directly from the DJI website.

It took me a long time to realize I don't need the Rx for my action 4, I was confused about the blue and green light connection. and connected my action 4 with the Rx green light will make the mic setting greyed out and not showing on the mimo app. It all happened before I saw your video 😅. Mimo app mic setting only show up when plug in phone or other brand camera i think. 🙈
