That famous face-to-face ! The DJI mic mini sounds more natural with the NC option ! Might go with the DJI mic mini

Absolutely loving this video! I'm all praises for the DJI Mic Mini's comprehensive features and portability, especially its seamless connection with DJI devices.

The major issue with the M2 is the deadcat. It's close to impossible to install, then you may accidentally press a button and when it's done you won't see the direction where the mic actually points to. Other than that it's a great little mic. However for outside use I bought the Mic mini and it's just great.

The direction is at the back of the M2 which has an arrow pointing to the direction of the mic!!

I found wearing the M2 inside my shirt rather than outside makes no big difference to the sound quality and completely eliminates wind noise. No dead cat necessary
@ÁzsiábaSzakadtam13 сағат бұрын
@@calvin14888 they might have made a new version meanwhile. I bought mine upon release and there is no sign. Well, actually there is one now, because I've cut an arrow from one of the stickers in the box.

I’ve been reading my mic mini since it launched and I love it! Works with my iPhone and my Action 4 flawlessly and one great feature is the clipping limiter. I’ve legit screamed into this mic and cannot get it to clip.

8:43 On a Samsung Device, just use Pro Video mode and you can change the audio source to BT Mic. I've used it with thr Mic 2 Tx from my Pocket 3 Creator Combo and the audio is pretty clear in all actually. However, I'm no professional like Aldryn here so if he says the BT audio is not as clean as having the Mic mini Rx hooked up, I believe him 1000%. Awesome video as always Aldryn and i always look forward to your reviews and tutorials

I think if you have a pocket 3 or the Pro 5 the Mic Mini is the way to go because you don’t need the receiver. Other that that if you have no DJI equipment and you want to save a few bucks get the Lark M2. On the DJI side the fact that you can connect to the iPhone with Bluetooth is a good deal even if it does not sound as good as using the receiver. Also you know you are going to get those sweet, sweet firmware upgrades from DJI, or so I have heard.

Quick question. Do you know or have you tried pairing DJI’s Mini to any of their RC controllers for audio recording during screen recording? Thanks🙂
@InfiniteSuccessAcademyКүн бұрын
I know the Hollyland M2 works with our RC/RC2 controllers. There's no reason the Mic Mini wouldn't work, since it is DJI. I sure hope so, because I just ordered the Mic Mini.

Is the DJI Mic Mini Transmitter compatible with the DJI Mic 1 or 2 transmitter?
@franklozano2 күн бұрын
As always, LOVE your videos. My question is, I currently have 4 Rode Wireless Pro mics and 4 Rode Wireless Go mics as a backup. There are times that I have to run 4 mics at a time doing documentary work, BUT...the running 2 Rode Pro mics in one set and 2 more in another set does not always work, their frequencies conflict with each other. Is there any way you can test running 4 at a time, I think I saw you had black and white ones. So what would it sound like if you ran both sets at the same time, any drop outs? Thought you would be the best person to ask. Thank you in advance.

Big DJI fan here (Tello + Spark + Air 2 + Mini 2 + Neo) got Lark M2 at 35% off, a few days before the DJI Mini came out. Very happy with the M2 due to small flush receiver for the iPhone, not a fan of 90 deg attach on DJI setup. Also small size and decals you can apply 😊 make the transmitter appeal to the younger crowd. no regret not getting the DJI Mini.

The Lark is a mono system. The DJI is stereo capable. In 2024, two sources feeding a mono only device is so 1950's!

The lark m2 does have the ability to adjust the noise canceling. You have to first toggle the noise canceling function on in the app, then it opens more functions to increase or decrease the softwares noise canceling features. I believe… (Might be pushing my knowledge limits here, so sorry if so) When using the 3.5 mil jack receiver you can choose mono or stereo. But only on that specific receiver.
