By test maximum Transmission range in meters

Not sure what you mean, but if you mean why test it in meters, well for feet you just need to times the meter length by 3 and you will have your length in feet.

we want to buy 3 of these, I'm wondering if multiple would cause interference especially by also having wifi tally lights..

Yeah that's a good question, I didn't test that. After using it I definitely want to have more than 1 on set.
