Wow I literally have a dead arm a doc is saying is tennis elbow (it’s not) a decade after a SLAP repair, and can find little info on. I think nerve was damaged but is only manifesting now. Good find

"The best pearls cost more to find, and it seems that most do not like to dive deep" Thank you for all this info. I have 2,70mm Supraspinatus tear, bursitis and bíceps tendinitis. The subacromial space is reduced. I am 55 yo. Do bodybuilding. Who is the victim here?😊 I gess the tendon, the Supraspinatus and the bursa. So, the criminal and the root of this pathologies is just the reduced space caused by the shoulder anatomy that must be fixed. Am i right or i maybe i miss understood? ❤ Thank you! Weird theres nobody here. Oh yeah, people dont like to dive. They want straight 30 seconds answers.

Haha thank you, hope we continue to grow over time. I like that saying. In terms of the space available we’re starting to learn that the space is one variable and maybe not as important as we once thought. Have you trialed some physical therapy yet with a therapist who understands bodybuilding? That would be my first thought. Is it a full thickness tear?
