Ah, yes... making the humble free throws down the stretch. Those shots should be like free money, but at the end of a game like this one? There's quite a bit of pressure there. This was a Hell of a game with the teams so close you couldn't slide a credit card between them. What I'm enjoying about the Fever these days is that the points don't just come from the Big 3. Since Clark's arrival, the entire team has gotten better. Mark my words... Caitlin Clark will shine even brighter when she cuts down on her turnovers. She can trust her teammates now, so it'll be pretty interesting to see how the Fever does in the playoffs. NOTE: How much fun is it watching a new hot shot player in the league live up to her hype by working on different aspects of her game (developing a Floater over the Olympic break) and always learning? Caitlin Clark is turning into a beast before our eyes, and it's great to see it happen.

@KNNY613 ай бұрын
Points come easier, not just from Caitlin shooting, but her passing too which means they can play more aggressively, and the result is a sizeable uptick in every aspect of performance. That's normally what happens to a team when you get a great floor general with great visuon amd understanding out there. But with Caitlin, you also get a shooter. So the creation gets magnified, further boosting the whole team.
@fluxrider70273 ай бұрын
I think mostly it was just that they didn't jell together until Caitlin. Even the first ten games or so of their current season were a struggle. But you could see in game after game, how Caitlin was learning each teammate. A few games with massive pick and roll stuff with Boston, then some games with crazy passes to Mitchell, and then out of left field Caitlin starts dishing out to Hull on the arc. Now Temi seems to be stepping up. It's crazy watching the progression of this team.
