I don't understand, I feel like this video does not answer the question at all what the difference is. You loosed the DKP trucks looser than anyone rides. Now I am even more confused on which trucks are the right choice.

I think DKP tightened "normally" will still be more carvy than TKP trucks. i use riptide DKP box on my DKP board and it is really stable even over 50km/h and really carvy. TKP are much more secure. They are more convenient for today's board which are crazy in term of performance !

Spot on - not a useful vid. I guess they made it like this because TKP have a wider turning radius.. would rather they just show us that we can still go round corners with TKP + can be more stable at high speed

"no-one would ride a DKP this loose" - me thinking maybe I'm just living life dangerously... Can't wait to try out the TKP, as long as it carves I'm happy!

wait was that a bc3 with dkp?

Anyone knows what is the truck angle on the TKP? They are quite interesting. It looks like they carve just as well as the RKP with great stability, I am just wondering what are difference between.

Thank's Fabi, this is EXACTLY what i wanted to know about TKP compared to DKP. TKP is crazy stable and seems, finally, carvy enough. Great job !

is it the stock TKP bushings?

Yes

This is not a completely useful test. No one would ride DKP that loose, you are correct, most people would not. This test should have also been done by tightening up the DKPs a little more than the TKPs, enough to have stability at high speeds and then show the turning radius to see if the DKP can still turn a little sharper than the TKP while still remaining just as stable. The advantage of DKPs is that they can be tightened up a little more while still being able to make sharper turns with the correct weight distribution.

Hey Fabi, just got my BC3 and I cant seem to get as tight as a turning radius as you can. Is there a way to make the TKP stable at speeds with having a tight turning radius?

Watch the last video where we explain on how to adjust the TKP trucks

I just realized I have my BC3 setup like in this video! I have completely removed the bottom bushing washer (the silver CNC cup thing) and have turned the top one upside down, this is as good as you can get for turning on the BC3 without changing bushings. Now just need to fix the top speed... I get 41k/hr with the 115mm street wheels, any chance you can send me the 32T Pulley, I think they should be included with all BC3 because the top speed is just not competitive with other boards and seems even worse than BC2!
@space84952 жыл бұрын
@@T.R.A.N.C.E bc3 comes with 45t and 40t pulleys. as a lighter rider, i do believe that the board has more than enough power to go faster with a 32t though

How about testing TKP for the motors and DKP for the front trucks so that you have stability for the motors and good carving in the front?
@ONSRA2 жыл бұрын
Not a good idea. We tried and it gets extremely unstable suddenly

Can the bc3 trucks work with drop through decks like the ownboard zeus?
