I recently was changing batteries on a hand held black light and passed it over my display area and did a double take. Turns out a good number of my pretty small collection has paint and/or plastic that is UV florescent. Not sure if anyone else has tried it but I definitely suggest it. Dark of the moon studio Optimus was the stand out for what I had out.

Yeah it's pretty cool. Sometimes two pieces that look identical under regular light are wildly different under black light

I’m a little surprised that no company has tried to have the side panels turn into something for robot made I thought it was the perfect chance to give him a gun that would hide away so well in ark mode. I was hoping that DNA would do it as they made new hands but no so I just go to dream about it.

someone on tfw2005 had done a transforming filler area for the sides of the ark i wish i remmembered what post though no gun but its like these side pieces without the parts forming

It's a necessary sacrifice when using unofficial means to fix minor problems. It's either parts forming or gaps, which would you rather live with? Surprised no one's tried to make Teletraan look good from the back?

Got me this upgrade today and after watching this, went with complete confidence about installing the hands but absolutely listen to Emgo about watching the pieces cause i flubbed up and somehow put a piece in wrong and lost the ratchet noise in one of them and had to go all they way back and fix it
