I have a problem After the addition of telomerase enzyme ,parental DNA is stretching in the forward direction because it has free oh grp attached. But in the case of daughter or newly synthesized DNA strand there is no free OH grp. , Then how will it synthesize further as DNA polymerase can't do this alone. What is helping the daughter DNA to stretch forward and when it will get terminated?
@HaroonIqbalB5 жыл бұрын
As for the termination needs teleomerase enzyme, in daughter DNA, it plays the same role as in parent DNA.
