Another way you can remember which ones are purine and pyrimidine is by remembering the word PUGATWO.. 'PU = purines', 'GA = guanine & adenine', and 'TWO = double rings'. =) =) got that from another video I watched sometime back.

where's the actual photos and videos of DNA? why is it always animation of DNA? hard to find real photo evidence of any of it or any of these things. google image search real photograph of DNA real photograph of a virus real photograph of satellites in space real photograph of earth from space shouldn't there be thousands and millions of pictures of these things. hardly anything but computer graphics. why? i thought they were real.

The explanation was very clear. But DNA doesn't contain a thymine base. It contains a Uracil base instead.
