It's the Underdark, it always gets worse. The entire realm exists in a perpetual state of going from bad to worse. I played a game where the entire Underdark was subjected to a demonic incursion and that somehow managed to improve the ambience.

@Regular Slime no he's playing the unearthed arcana revised ranger. It's playtest material from WotC that doesn't change much but significantly improves beastmaster and changes favored terrain and enemy to be more useful. Vanish is unchanged as far as I'm aware.

You are proficient with your fists. And an aside to this, Greckles can't just use a bonus action to attack with an off hand weapon whenever he wants. That's only a part of two weapon fighting and can only be done when you use your action to attack with a light weapon first. Otherwise that becomes a slippery slope where you can also attack even after casting a spell or conceivably even when attacking with a non-light weapon.

R Fowler basically, if you have an ability that requires certain things to happen for it to work. So Borky only gets his extra crit damage from his race on nat 20’s. It’s also short for procedure, which is appropriate.

bit late but Proc is Programmed Random Occurrence, there is also Spec Proc Special Procedure, Gripples is a Proc it goes off with a known percentage chance. Flank is Spec Proc, it requires a set thing to happen in order for something to be triggered
