When are you guys gonna get back to your series on learning the tactics of football? The channels “Thinking Football” and “Brett Kollman” both of which being channels yall have reacted to before, have been putting out really good content in the last few weeks since the season started that can really teach yall a lot.

When the blue field was first put in, I hated it. But, when Boise State became the most fun team to watch, in the 2006-2010 range, it grew on me. I think it's cool now.

Boise State’s only loss this season came from Oregon AT Oregon by a field goal. Personally, while a loss is a loss, having it be that close at an opposing top-10 school is not too bad.

@9:50 - No. You are absolutely correct. There is an art form to misdirection that A LOT of quarterbacks do not possess. The ones who do are truly a sight to behold. Also, Boise State lost to Oregon in week two (at Oregon). We lost by 3 points, having given up two special teams plays (allowed two punt returns for 14 points)... It was very frustrating, as BSU had been 3-0 against Oregon going into that match and, honestly, we beat ourselves. Fair play to the Ducks, however. Helluva program and their continued success this season only helps keep BSU's playoff hopes alive (though, clearly, we/they still need to play the rest of the schedule without losing...which is never a given for BSU...).

I like how you guys noticed how slow the Miami game looked, that’s because the quarterback Cam Ward is known for just walking and acting like he doesn’t care about what happens it’s really interesting to see how calm he is

The name to watch for now is Koi Perich. He's an 18 year old freshman at Minnesota who plays defense and special teams. National freshman of the week for week 6. An unusual athlete with a nose for the ball.

Jaxson Dart is, in fact, draft eligible in 2025. Could have been in last year's draft, but the field was a bit crowded. As it is, he's probably a day 2 pick. He's not particularly physically gifted and his predecessor, Matt Corral, didn't exactly shake the concerns over how the Ole Miss offense translates to the NFL. Dart might be a little better equipped, but he's probably more of a good college quarterback than an NFL prospect.

Vandy’s win over Bama was huge. First time in 40 years I believe. That’s why no one is hating them for their own mob sesh & I’ve never seen thousands of people move a goal post in the streets so quickly. It was a sight to see so I wish your reaction to it was a part of this video because that shit was kinda beautiful. 😂

The Heisman favorite right now is a runningback from Boise State, Ashton Jeanty. That’s the reason why you guys keep seeing Boise highlights in these videos and why they’re ranked right now

Guys the cardinal rule in all of the SEC you don’t lose to Vandy they may not recover from this
@KevinQuinn8115 күн бұрын
It's probably an exaggeration that Alabama sends more fans to Vandy than Vandy does when they play there but they do have a small stadium that is rarely full so there is little to no home field advantage for them.

Just wanted to add to the point that Ryan Williams will be in CFB for 4 years. While it is true a player can play 4 years (or more with red shirt/covid year/injury redshirt) top prospects dont always play all 4 years. The NFL requires only 3 seasons of College football to be eligible for the draft (either true junior or redshirt sophmore), so top prospects like Ryan Williams or Jeremiah Smith will likely forgo their Senior year to enter the draft. Still 3 years of Williams and Smith is still going to be incredible to watch.

Good stuff, lads. As the resident Canes fan, I will give you the unfettered truth about The U. Coming into the season, we were picked to have a really good season cause the quarterback Cam Ward is going to be a top quarterback taken in the draft. We were ranked 19th going into the season. As well as favorites to win the ACC. As far as the question, you asked, "Are we tempting fate, and is it about time we lose?" We definitely could, but our schedule this year is really easy.. FSU is a joke(which makes me delighted), and Wake Forest is bad. Georgia Tech and Louisville have dropped 2 games. The best teams we will play are Duke and Syracuse, but neither team is ranked. We aren't playing Clemson or SMU until the ACC championship. That being said, we are capable of playing down to the competition and losing. I hope not, though. The U has to put it together. It's been a long time since we've been title contenders. At least I lived through the glory years of the U and watched some unbelievable games in person. #GOCANES BTW, when you said Cam Ward (Miami Quarterback) looks like he was jogging, I can tell you he always looks like that. He's so calm back there that he looks like he's going in slow motion. Im over 50, and I've never seen a player like him before. Its kinda strange. He's top 3 in the Heisman watch, so.... whatever works, I guess.
@darrinlindsey16 күн бұрын
The Heisman could easily go to a receiver OR even a defensive player, this season. I think the last time a defensive player won, was Hugh Green, in the early 80s. Or, possibly a Michigan player, in the late 80s. I can't remember his name.
@gertbrnt16 күн бұрын
Green was a finalist in 1980. Only defensive player to win the Heisman was future hall of fame corner Charles Woodson at Michigan in 1997, beating out Peyton Manning and the great Ryan Leaf. I think the rest of the list of defensive player Heisman finalists since Green is just Manti Te'o playing for his catfish girlfriend in 2012 and Aidan Hutchinson in 2021.

Miami had 5 great seasons they dominated the could not be beat they change how college football was played. The ray lewis, ed reed, Michael Irving, Devon Hester some of the greatest ball player came out of Miami. Miami lost their swagger they have mediocre players they haven’t played anyone they six and 0 Miami trying to make a comeback but they have a lot of work to go so no I don’t think they’re gonna do anything but make it to a bowl game that’s about it. If Miami gets that swag back then nobody would touch them.
