Without spoiling any specifics, about 35 of the next 40 episodes are very good or better. This is the best era of the series.

And the other 5 are good :) I re"watched" this via another reaction series in the last year, and it occurred to me that this run of season 2 and 3 and some of 4 is like one of the most consistently good streak of episodes ever made for a full-length-American-season sitcom series. _Seinfeld_ and a few other shows probably can boast the same, but not many.

An all time favorite episode. And that is one of great things about the Office is the cast. They do get a lot more development and chemistry that you enjoy all their small moments on screen as well. Creed and Toby being my 2 personal favorite side characters.

Actually I think that's actually Dwight's true feelings for Pam (in other episodes he's shown this side momentarily but later goes full on Dwight) but here, since he's concussed, he doesn't go into weird Dwight mode

Love this one! I think the main cast stays the same throughout, they just add a couple characters later on. But I think it’s only Michael that leaves. He’s not in seasons 8 & 9, unfortunately. 😔
