Thanks nick. Would like a video about taking gear cycles earlier in your 20s to up-regulate androgens and muscle that can last into 30s 40 50s etc. of course side effects of 600mg is far more than only 200mg replacement dose but sheesh . 5% vs 15% is a big difference.

After a certain age everything down regulates… I believe we all have certain about of blasts in the tank that will give us tremendous results, but it’s limited

I appreciate your thoughtful and logical analysis. I would also postulate that if AR down regulation was a real phenomenon, young men would reach their prime much earlier due to the constant bombardment of high Testosterone levels throughout puberty and through late 20’s. Also, if we look at the HIV population- before they made nandrolone illegal in the US, HIV positive men were on it for decades to retain mass.

I've never liked the idea of androgen receptors down regulating, especially when every bodybuilder I know in real life is blasting year round. Hasn't been my experience that gains decrease dramatically. I can maybe see people thinking this way from confusing the initial water weight gain on gear (first 3-4 weeks) with muscle.

Would love to see that video on plateauing relating to myostatin, androgen receptor sensitivity, doses etc...

Androgen receptor upregulate on more androgens. Litricture shows it.

Taeian Clark says that all steroids stop being anabolic after about 6 weeks. So, according to that, cycles should be short. He says that any gains after this time frame are maybe 10 % and are due to anti catabolism, not anabolism

1000% bullshit. I love it when people post things, they learn from someone else, instead of having firsthand knowledge and experiencing your own truths. If you do short cycles like that, you won’t get anything out of it. The longer you stay on, the more you’ll get out of it. Plain and simple. Six weeks you have good nutrient, partitioning and nitrogen retention. Whether you take gear or not It all takes a lot of TIME & dedication to get serious results. I’ve been on a high blast for a year and a half straight and it was still very anabolic.

Some long ester injectables don’t even kick in till 6 weeks. The slowing down of gains probably has more to do with myoatstin which prevents the body from increasing muscle after a point. It reaches homeostasis after a certain time.
@eyeseeyou3322 Жыл бұрын
@@13Ambro that may be true, in theory. However most people don’t quite have things 100% dialed in and maxed out. It takes a lot to reach the point of myostatin inhibition, turning all that nitrogen retention into solid muscle. AR down regulation is way overblown. You’re not going to get much out of an 8 week cycle. Titrate doses up/down over time. Just my $0.02

Clark also claims that yes, AR are up regulated at first but THEN down regulated later on. According to available studies, he says

Hey mark, do you have a link I could perhaps view the study on? :)
