Been eating 2 meals a day for years. Breakfast around 9:00, dinner at 4. No snacking. Been Nutritarian since 2012. I’m 68, hubby 75. We’ve never been healthier! Thank you Dr. Fuhrman! 💚💚💚

they all charge a hefty sum …..even the juice fasts in florida are $4000 for ONE for a week, and you are not eating food!

@@samjones7038 check out Balance for Life Florida……..plus air……….National Health Association Travel……Colin Campbell,PHD has one coming up in october in the Dominican Republic…..sometimes it is at SEDONA, AZ………..but they are all Pricey. Read the books, and drink water for 3-4 days for free!

Good sleep is critical for good health. Make your last meal at least 3 to 4 hours before going to sleep so your food has time to be digested.
