In Sikastan only ATG squats are allowed. All parallel squatters are relocated to quads over toes camps.. For rehab...

And how much would a 14 night stay in one of these camps cost? 🤔 You guys got any advice on stretching, prehab, or other weighted movement's for squatting lower? It is a goal for me to get a decent looking squat, definitely has nothing to do with trying to out CrossFit the girls at the gym.

Great video guys, can you do a video about the topic people say that you can be strong enough for sprinting jumping etc. or that more weight will make you worse. To me that is completely illogical except you got near your strenght potential so with training to get few extra kilos you will deplete your nervous system vastly. Let me know what you think.

For olympic weightlifting we need ATG squats, of course to be able to catch the bar as low as possible which raises the potential for how much weight can be lifted.

Squatting to parallel is good but making biceps curls to 90 degrees is "not full rom". Same thing with literally every exercise in the gym. I don't know why people sleep on squat ROM. Same story with deadlift eccentric's, in every exercise dropping weight down is bad but in deadlift there's no room for at least a bit eccentric movement, every my friend just dropping weight down

Used to squat atg, but it hurts tendons on my shins (similar to shin splints). Haven't figured out a fix yet so I just squat parallel now. Looks less cool but not less effective at getting strong.

This is a big question for me at the moment. I've got a meniscus tear which is preventing me from going below parralel. I'm now going through physio to change the mechanics of my squat to see if that helps with getting that range of motion back, but there is a real chance I'll need to choose between only squatting, cleaning, snatching etc. to parrallel, or going under the knife and whipping that pesky cartilage out of the way to get a few years of good squatting 🤷🏼♂️ anything to avoid the squat over toe camps 😂
