• INGREDIENTS:
1 cup 100g rolled oats
6 to 8 chopped prunes (or raisins to taste)
180ml oat milk (or other milk of your choice)
1 mashed banana
1 spoon (sp) 100% cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
ROOF:
3 tablespoons (sp) skimmed milk powder
hot water to the point
Chestnuts and chopped walnuts (or granola, chopped chocolate, coconut...)
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, place the oats, prunes and milk, mix well and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Mash the banana, add the cocoa and cinnamon and mix well.
Then add the already hydrated oatmeal.
Mix and divide into small bowls, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare the frosting mix the powdered milk and water to give a consistency of condensed milk, beat well to dissolve the lumps or pass through a sieve.
Remove the oatmeal from the fridge, which should be firm.
Cover with the "fake" condensed milk and sprinkle with chopped nuts and walnuts.
You can eat right away, but if you prefer the drier coverage, take it back to the fridge.
MAKES: 2 to 3 reasonable servings
PRESERVE: up to 3 days in the fridge
FREEZE: 20 days (remove one day before consuming)
