I was diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver, and my SGPT and SGOT levels were really high. That’s when I decided to start eating 6 eggs a day. I’d done keto and an egg diet in the past, which helped with my transformation, so I thought I’d give it another go. After a month, I went for my blood work, and my SGPT levels were back to normal. I think the choline in eggs really helps support liver health. Not giving advice here-just sharing my personal experience.

you are 100% right by the time my family went for 3 months vacation I was too lazy to cook. then I lived with the help of a blender and just a cooking pan I would make smoothie with nuts and almonds for breakfast 6 eggs with butter for lunch and a full grilled chicken with veg salad for dinner. I completely avoid sugar ... rice, bread .. alcohol I could reduce 26 kg in 3 months

4 months back i was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver and gallbladder sludge ..after that the first two months I start to eliminate meat eggs and add more veggies but it doesn’t make any difference …then after many research I changed my diet..I started eating 6 eggs a day add fish ,olive oil ,grilled chicken ,beef (not fried) and avoid all kinds of sugars ,trans fat ,milk ,over masala foods and limit the rice …by practicing this diet for 2 months yesterday i got scanned and my fatty liver is now normal and as a result now only minimal sludge in my gallbladder…now I don’t have any pain or discomfort..feeling fresh energized and bye bye to bloating issues

Great analysis and observation . Loved the in depth and simple explanations . Coming to point , Humans can survive without carbs ,but if you want to have muscle volume and size ,carbs are must. Muscle glycogen retention from fatty Protien diet is not optimal for muscle volume . In short you will look skinny without carbs , and Dr Paul saladino who is the most popular advocate of carnivore diet has quit the carnivore diet because he faced many health issues after following this diet for 2 years that includes muscles cramps,low testosterone,sleep deprivation,mood swings.He even admitted humans need carb for optimal athletic performance,that’s why he recently added fruits and honey to his diet (you can search on KZbin-why Paul saladino quit carnivore diet) 👍🏼. That being said at the end of the day it’s each one’s personal preference to follow any diet they want to .

Thank you for taking on to educate malayalees on this topic. 🤝👏. Indian diet is high in carbs and low in protein. Meat is eaten covered in oil and masala and eaten with kerala paratta and then egg is demonized. Found that Sickness due to Inflammation has risen in Kerala esp due to higher intake of bakery products and restaurant food which has mushroomed in recent years.

Infact what u told on Satiating food and protein rich food are simply facts ....but I always encourage if you are on forties ...always good to check LFT test and kidney checks before we start a protein diet . Also don't put body against you by keeping carbs totally away... Have a balanced one for first 2, 3 weeks and then switch to protein rich food. A sensible discription on food🎉. Unfortunately you forgot to mention fibre anywhere, although it's about protein and excercise. My humble suggestion always mention fibre rich food
Fibre is not essential if you take enough fats( if you are on carnivore diet). Fats is always a villain in modern diet. If you are talking about vegetables, they too produce defence toxins to protect them from being eaten. So plant based foods also should be eaten in moderation. I personally have tried keto and carnivore diets, and i feel better on carnivore diet as some vegetables upset my stomach when consumed with meat. It's all trial and error. 😊
