you nailed it!! Excellent video! I moved to Cocoa 2 years ago from Sacramento, CA and I love it! Defiantly has its pros and cons, however, Cocoa has a lot of potential and it's just a matter of time before Cocoa becomes a super hotspot. Brightline will 100% change things in Cocoa.

Calling cocoa and coca beach city’s is a stretch wouldn’t you say? 😂 especially cocoa but they have cocoa village and that’s the best part of the county could even be a lot cooler with some new stores and restaurants the park is my favorite part of town and all the festivals they have and the tin whiskey has the best food in the village and pretty much all of brevard 😄 honestly they did change their fries recently and that was dumb the old fries were amazing but all their food and drinks are great and the service is A1

Hi there- this is a subjective response and I appreciate your take. However- I’ve helped people stay in Cocoa after many years of living there. There are good parts and bad parts just like any city. Where do you live?

Before all of the recent building I would say there were definitely more bad places then good. Now there's nice housing developements next to the hoods. Cocoa West is pretty decent and 524 has been built out with apartment complexes. Nothing good around Clearlake, Lake Drive, and Peachtree. Although they are working on a beautification project on Clearlake it's still a run down area. I can say though that even the hoods and ghettos are kept up. The city zoning department stay on top of property owners to maintain their properties. You may not be safe at night in those areas, but at least they look nice. Rockledge and Viera are much better choices to live
