It's partially breathing sure but it's also your body not being used to controlling those muscles in this way. Ever notice how when you try to balance yourself on a beam you wobble a lot until you've had some practice? Your brain has to rebuild (or build up) the neural networks that control those muscle groups. The shaking is usually from weak muscle control, not weak muscles

"Look deep into nature and you will understand everything better" -- Einstein Animals train everyday and it's actually very normal. Think long term...... stay fit in your late 70s and be that granddad that still outruns his grandchildren. You can also go for the short term and become a very big muscular human being ( Including PED's ) and die at the age of 60 or already having a heart transplant at that age ( Schwarzenegger for example ). Train smarter not harder.....
@BestieHealth4 жыл бұрын
That's a nice way to put it bestie!
@cr8zelegs4 жыл бұрын
Your Arnold Schwarzenegger comment is completely not true. He didn't have a heart transplant. He had a valve replacement from aortic stenosis due to a bicuspid aortic valve, which was something he was born with. They used his native pulmonic valve to replace the aortic valve, and used a cadaver pulmonic valve to replace where they took his native pulmonic valve. Had nothing to do with his current build, and he has zero cardiovascular disease otherwise. Stop spreading this lie that bodybuilders of his size die early. There are plenty that size that live well into their 80's and 90's.
@vaibhav_nitesh4 жыл бұрын
@@cr8zelegs do they hit 100?
@cr8zelegs4 жыл бұрын
Vaibhav_nitesh not even a relevant question. The global average life expectancy is 72.6 years. There are plenty of “healthy” people that die early, and plenty of “unhealthy” people that stay alive way longer than what they are supposed to. It’s more about what you can do activity wise during those years, and whether you will have any comorbidities that will disable you. For the most part, bodybuilder types don’t have much comorbidities or disability unless it’s from injury lifting, so most can take advantage of whatever years they may or may not have.

@@grewal2765 People after 50 complain about everything and they think they are old, that's normal, but they are not actually old, they can still do almost everything. Most of people I know and have health problems and think they are old in 50 years have that problems very long time so it's not mainly about they are 50 years old, it's mostly about bad genes or bad life style or not available health care. That where you working is very important I guess, because most of that sporting old people are from better class and they were in office whole life, but it's not law, even many manualy working people are ok in older age. From someone who's participated in this exercise before seeing the video. Started at 104kgs struggling with 6 push ups to now 85kgs to doing 157 as a max(mind you this weight loss took over a year) The benefits are from my experience: 1. Broader more rounded shoulders 2. Wider Lateral muscles 3. Increased definition in tri-ceps 4. Will mould your chest 5. Your ability and strength to do pull ups funny enough increases You can do it.Just start. Separate the amount you do every day as well So maybe 20 Morning - 20 Evening. Increase as you get stronger.

When I was in the best shape of my life, I was able to do 105 push-ups in a set. Several years have gone by since then, my 30s came, body has broken down some. Yet, these days I like doing my push-ups in countdown sets. For example, I start off my first set at 30 reps, then countdown by fives for the next following sets, 25, 20, 15... and so forth. I like it because even though each set gets easier, it helps me to maximize each rep at full potential. It's a good enough workout to get me through each day feeling good. Those who are out there looking to get started or even back into rhythm, you're more than welcome to try my current push-up routine.

Then I started weightlifting and taking weight gain supplements. I went from 130-195 within six months. At the end of each and every workout I would do as many pushups as possible. I got in 100 pushups at max. Pushups are a vital part of Calais statics an awesome workout. Very stimulating.

@jakubb33684 жыл бұрын
Doing push ups, or any other exercise every day makes no sense and here's why: - Your body adapts during the regeneration period AFTER training, it needs a sufficient time to regenerate. - To stimulate your muscles to growth you need to train hard enough to create muscle building stimulus. - If you train hard enough to stimulate growth there's no way you'll be fully regenerated after 24 hours That's why training the same exercise every day ends up with one of the 2 scenarios: 1) you're overtraining and not giving your body the time to adapt 2) you're not training hard enough to stimulate growth By the way it doesn't exactly apply to complete begginers, those people can do the worst training possible and still grow up to a certain point, but it's gonna be suboptimal for effects anyway. Back to training push ups - one of the biggest issue of training just one exercise is creating muscle impalances. Your chest, triceps and front deltoid will be unproportionally strong compared to other upper body muscles, which may negatively impact your posture. To even it up you can add other exercises that will train the rest of your upper body such as pull ups/chin ups. There's so many more things wrong about this video (such as which muscles are activated depending on the hand position) but cba to explain all of them. Here's what should you do: 1) choose exercises that will evenly train all your muscle groups, the simpliest version for upper body could be: Chin ups + push ups + something for middle deltoid such as dumbbell lateral raises. 2) learn how to execute them properly, with proper form, full range of motion etc (people doing push ups in this video have absolutely horrible form). 3) train hard enough to challenge yourself, in order to build muscles it doesn't matter how many reps do you perform but how hard was to perform the last repetition (that is also why doing half-reps or trying to do them as fast as you can, or any other thing that makes exercise easier is pointless), 4) progress: increase number of repetitions or sets over time, when exercise gets too easy try to make it harder (use harder variations) 5) train as often as you feel regenerated. Generally muscles need about 3 to 5 days to fully regenerate from solid, hard training. You can train one exercise on day 1, other exercise on day 2, but the break between training the same muscle group should be somewhere between 3 to 5 days (optimally). If you're still sore after 4-5 days it means you're probably training too hard.

This I fully agree, was about to type up an essay like this, until I found this comment. 99% of the pushups were either bend there back like they were trying to break their spine or something, also over flared elbow, even the animations were half reps. Flared elbow pushups like some in the video does not help your shoulder and instead destroys your shoudlers... Although I think 3-5 day break is more for elite athletes, most people only need 2 days break.
@jakubb33684 жыл бұрын
@@YiminSun Less trained people have a longer periods of increased muscle protein synthesis, so to me it doesn't seem right to train more frequently as begginer; of course i'm refering to a proper, hard training. The lower volume and intensity of a single training session is, the better is to train more frequently.

I do press ups steadily. My PB (in December 27th, 2019) : 75. My trainings : 2X30 in 30 seconds each rep, or 2X40 first rep in 40 seconds, second rep in 60 seconds (the 10 last kill me). Always 1 to 1'15 rest between two reps. Some days I prefer to make just one rep, but several times over the day. And what can make you feel which muscles are involved when you do push-ups, you can do like me a 20 minutes challenge. It means you do as many push-ups as you can within 20 minutes. I'm 55. No special diet : I drink alcohol, I smoke a bit and I eat as much as I want. I may be blessed.

When you keep repeating “on the regular “ itsounds like when an old man learns a new phrase and is trying to sound “hip”.

Hanston Solo I thought it was 'on a regular' not 'the regular'as in 'on a regular basis'. 🤔

@@drdassler What would "a regular" be?
@drdassler4 жыл бұрын
Jonathas F Gonçalves really? It's right there in the comment. It's not very long, it wouldn't take long to read. Just for you I'll elaborate. 'On a regular' is a shortened version of 'on a regular basis'. 'On the regular' makes no sense. It's that clear enough? It's basically what I already said. 🙄

@@drdassler Uh, ok. No need to be triggered. Your comment was a little confusing. You missed a comma somewhere there, is all.
