I remember not being able to sleep normally because I have been extremely fat... But my life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietarize, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

@@captaingenius-o1c yeah look at the dudes prof pic lmao. You don't need a meal plan to get healthy. Literally just started learning how to cook chicken, salmon, and tuna on the stove; eat that every day once a day with a veggie, and you'll immeditaley start to see results. I have now lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks doing this. From 200 to 190. I'm also starting to use rings to work out. It gets even easier if you have an air fryer. You don't need to learn how to cook. Just buy the meat, season it, air fry it --> stop being so fat. Easy.

So summary: take a multi vitamin & multi mineral vitamin, use coconut oil, drink 12 cup of cold water or more, throw in some chill peppers, use iodine sea salt, increase protein, decrease sugar and fats, and focus on muscle building exercise.
@megadeathx4 жыл бұрын
he didn't actually say anything about decreasing sugar and fats. Which is weird because cutting sugar from my normal meals had single handedly the biggest impact on my calorie consumption. Not specifically because sugar is high in calories, but because auger makes me want to eat than I need to eat. Fat on the other hand, I can barely finish a single pound of meat in a day if it's "crappy" high fat meat. Throw some butter on it and I'm happier to eat it, but I still can't finish it without pushing it over the whole day.

Skipping breakfast and lunch then eating a small portion, but nutritious dinner and no cheating snacks is how I lost 1 pound every 2 days. So 15 pounds a month. Just repeat this saying to your self. This hunger heals me, so its a good feeling not a bad one. After a while the hunger takes on a euphoric feeling because you know you are healing. There is a fine line between pleasure and pain. Pain becomes pleasure when it makes you stronger. Pleasure becomes pain when it makes you weaker.

Hey - So for those who are going to drink extra water after seeing this video. Please make sure that you are having it either at least 30 minutes before your meal or 45 minutes after your meal, not while you are having your meal :) This will make sure your digestion rate does not slow down with the water reducing the temperature in the food tank (stomach)

Great tips! Of course, the #1 thing is planned and structured diet, because the only way for your body to burn fat is to use it as energy. Basically, you need to eat below your energy maintenance level (in terms of calories) and your fat cells will be used to compensate the missing energy (calories). That's how your body works. There are other things to consider as well, such as hormonal status, diseases... but caloric deficit is a must. You have a lot of online diet planners and calculators: dietarize for example (I am not an affiliate 😁). Losing/gaining weight is just a simple math, really...
@amarterovic78424 жыл бұрын
It makes sense. Many people choose teas, supplements, oils, pills, vinegars... because people want quick fixes thinking that a cup of tea will suppress 4000 kcal diet full of processed foods.
@clrr84003 жыл бұрын
Yup 100% agree!! Caloric deficit and workout to bump up your metabolism to have your body burn fat. There are some people out there who just don't want to put the work in or aren't disciplined enough. It's too bad they want to find quick fixes, instead of actually changing your lifestyle to be physically active, eat to norioush your mind/body to function the best. Processed foods, deep friend crap, too much sugar and being sedentary, equals fat/obesity. Not good for your organs and life longevity.

I remember one of the tricks we used cutting weight for wrestling back in the day(before actual good advice was available...to not cut weight), was to sleep with a window open a little. This was wintertime in the midwest. You would shiver as you slept. Burned a ton of calories. Granted, you would also be exhausted all the time. But you were anyway from the cut. Youth!

Make sure to consult your doctor and be extremely cautious of the level of your iodine intake. I suffered from over active thyroid and have been rushed to A&E on a few occasions with heart problems. Eventually, I got it under control with medication. I find it's highly irresponsible to recommend people to take extra amount of iodine to lose weight as it could trigger serious medical conditions in many people especially women.

The last subject about taking Cold showers, I feel like it definitely works because since your body is use to be warm or at it’s level of temperature, when taking a Cold shower since your body feels that Coldness it automatically try’s to keep it self warm so it start to use all your muscles .. then burn calories it just depends how long you in the bath or shower .

I never had a 6 pack from age 7 until age 42, even when I would run 10 miles daily; it was low thyroid levels. Now, with properly adjusted medication for my thyroid, I have a visible 8 pack.
