I love these discussions, they remind me that I have imperfect knowledge of things that I most assuredly believe but as a fallen imperfect man I have to move forward in faith constantly seeking greater light and knowledge line upon line precept upon precept grace upon grace not relying on what I think I know please God 🙏 open my heart and mind through thy Spirit and Son Amen 💕

Once one examines the texts and history, one sees the difference in El Elyon and Jehovah/Yahweh in 1st temple and prior Judaism and the Separation of the Father and Son in the New Testament with Christ noting Himself as Jehovah/Yahweh and His separateness from the Father, one cannot accept the confusion of the Father and Son into a single, numerical, metaphysical entity that both the Deuteronomists and Hellenized churchmen created.

Well said. If only I had been more concise in the first half.

Cameron’s intro was literally Hellenistic philosophy. Almost nothing he claimed is biblical and the few things he quoted don’t support his claims, they actually support Jacob’s claims.
