Hey Jim, today is the first time I’ve listened to you on KZbin. I’ve followed you many times as you were being interviewed. I’m watching you tossing balls. I’m believing that I will soon learn how to remember more by following your lead. COVID, my age, 78 have affected my memory rather quickly since I’ve been alone more in the last three years. Thank you. I’m feeling encouraged after listening to you today. Yahoo!!

Jim- in the feelings chat, there are many listed emotions. Can you help highlight and share What feelings are good for memory? At what mental-emotional state is learning the maximum? And what emotional feelings are bad for education/remembering- a process not to work - encode, store, retrieving

The you do not have emotions you do emotions is a relationship changer for me. Now I understand my girlfriend better. Instead of thinking she is emotional. Here we go again with the crap. Now that I know she is picking and choosing her emotions a can lead her better by going with her chosen emotion. By going with her flow of emotions i can lead her better and make a long event seem short and fun. Now I know that going out to an event with her is easier because i flow and lead her based on what emotions she do. Thanks for this useful info Jim Kwik

I had a brain injury 30 years ago I am 78 years old The nuro psychologist said there was nothing they could do for me I have a visual memory and when I can’t think of a word like Walmart I can see the Walmart sign and I can recover the word. I have been pro active and was active in the brain injury association. I try to listing to your broadcast but I get overwhelmed.

@dianebtx7647 Keep at it you’re doing great, because you’re aware of current limitations, that recognition will help you to learn and remember, think of it as exercising a muscle, it keeps getting stronger! It definitely works.
