Nice clip! I tried meditation first thing in the morning but i found it difficult. I did some mid day and before bed and worked better. It's like I need noise before silence. I'll try this, organize a little bit my day for 10/15min and then meditation, i feel it will work better. Thank you Rangan and Joe! Have a nice and challenging day!
