You are not going to stop loving it either. I say that because I have never, in my entire life, been consistent with exercise. I found her channel in July 2023, and have done her workouts every single day since. You don't have to do the long ones everyday, there are so many short ones too, that I have no excuse not to do one everyday. I have lost between 35 and 40 pounds. It differs between 5 pounds all the time lol. I had 50 to lose, so I'm almost there. I'm just commenting on yours to let you know, that if I can do this, literally anyone can. I never worked out, I ate like crap, and drank mountain dew every single day. You are going to do awesome, and it is so exciting! ❤

What I love most about Jo's workouts is the sweat after!. Oh my! I've tried other youtubers' workouts and although they are good, i only feel pain afterwards but no sweating. Jo's are very fun to do and my children love joining in too!

I had a baby a year and a half ago. For the first 6 months I just let myself go because he never slept at night and I was so exhausted I just ate whatever I wanted. But I started at the beginning of this year eating better and intermittent fasting but I didn’t exercise. I lost 30 pounds that way but I started these videos everyday a couple months ago and today I broke my 8 month long plateau!!! I’m so glad I found a workout I can do at home that I enjoy it doesn’t feel like a chore it makes me feel good and has helped repair my core from child labor

I've lost 22 pounds within 3 months doing mainly your workouts and IF. Went from 160 to 138. My goal is 130ish. Can't believe you've helped me found joy in exercising again. @@veredrafailov565 thank you. I did her workouts 4/5 days a week. Sometimes just 30 minutes but I prefer her longer workouts. I started eating healthier but had cheat days and made sure I consumed enough protein. Also intermittent fasting helped me a lot because I skipped a meal (breakfast) and I still water fast occasionally.

I’ve been doing the dance workouts for about a month, I’m really short on time today and I found this one and this one was so nice I was able to do it a bit high impact by just making everything a bit quicker and a bit sharper, still got a nice sweat on with enough time to get out of the house

Thank you Jo!! I took a break from the exercises and I could see my body was missing it. I stopped because I was losing the weight fast and what I really wanted was to tone my arms and legs which are in dire need of toning. By doing this 8 minutes workout it reminded me of what I so loved doing 6 days a week! Baby steps to starting again.....
