❤❤❤ this one so much! It was so juicy in those transverse abs! I especially loved the all-fours stuff (with my 7-lb weights!) and the teaser work. No joke that those all-fours moves were core instead of arm exercises: I could feel it! Also really liked the burn on the weighted shoulder plank work. Was right there with you in hating the reverse-plank marches though! 😂😂
