This was the best torture ever! I’ve been sharing your vids w my girls. I’m proud to say I found you uinfluenced and then my sis told me you were on LIB! The slow roll down/up are so hard- especially the up. I could not do it without a bit of momentum. And no way I could slowly do the jack knives. Got goals now though- Do jack knives and roll up sans momentum- les go!!

These were the best crunches of my life. Now that I understand what to focus on, they feel so much more effective, and I don't get the achy neck and shoulders from them like I used to. I so, so, so appreciate all the foundational instruction. I also liked your suggestions for slider replacements, because I skipped a ton of videos before on other channels that said sliders in the description because I didn't want to buy equipment. Been using washcloths and WOW I can feel the added benefit of sliders. Love-hate relationship for sure. As always, love your attitude and funny voices.
