I don’t normally comment on videos, but I have to be honest. I’ve been doing this nightly routine only for a week or so now, and I can finally get though it without wanting to call an ambulance. Progress is progress right? But I think what I really like about Chris Heria’s delivery is he’s not a salesman. There’s no hype or trying to convince youhe’s an expert. He comes off like a friend. He’s not trying to pitch you and fill time with bullsh*t. And his attitude is calm and straight forward. No begging you. No gimmicks or research stats. He’s all like “Yo just do this, keep it simple, get shredded. Or don’t do it, I don’t give a f*ck. Let’s get to it”. I appreciate that.

For the hustlers who’ll be back tomorrow: 1:45 Burpees (45s) 2:45 High plank side raises (22s each side) 3:50 Push-ups side to side (45s) 4:50 In Out Open & Close (45s) 5:50 Russian Twists (45s) 6:50 Low plank to high plank (22s each side) 7:50 Side to side jump squats (45s) 15s break between each exercise, 3-4 sets if it’s your only exercise for the day.

1:45 Stand to pushup 45 sec 2:37 High plank raises 22 sec each side 3:40 side to side pushups 45 sec 4:41 in and out open and close 45 sec 5:42 Russian twists 45 sec 6:43 Low plank to high plank 45 sec 7:45 Side to side jump squats 45 sec 15 sec between exercises 1-2 minutes rest between sets ×3 or 4 rounds for best results Like if this helped you!:)

Don't worry about the time to much. As long as it's not right after a meal. It's also easier to do in the morning when your body is rested which means you will work out harder.

HIIT STYLE 🔥🔥🔥1. Burpees (no jump - 45 sec) 2. 15 sec rest 3. Side raises (22.5 sec each side) 4. 15 sec rest 5. Push ups side to side (45 sec) 6. 15 sec rest 7. In and out, open and close (45 sec) 8. 15 sec rest 9. Russian twists (45 sec) 10. 15 sec rest 11. Low plank to high plank (20 sec with each arm first) 12. 15 sec rest 13. Side to side jump squats (45 sec) 14. 15 sec rest 15. Done!! Or Repeat 3-4 times if you haven’t worked out today

Tried this today and it was insanely tough. I did make myself power through each exercise for 45 seconds straight. But instead of a 15 second break, I had to rest for a full minute (sometimes 2). But the important thing I'm telling myself is that I did it. Now the hard part is to force myself to do this every day.

Lol haha 😂 I would say I was about as shredded as Chris 6 months ago his chest seems bigger but my are shoulders as wings were me huge but my body type is different I’m a thick bone guy who usually carries mass ever since I got into this relationship I sad by by abs and hello really amazing food lol 😂anyways really happy I found this I’ve been going basic calisthenics but I’ve been motivated :)

im glad i found chris heria, his methods are so simple yet so effective and dont really rely on gym equipment. thank you for this mr chris! i was planning on doing good ole army workout again after leaving service but this really motivated me to get back into gear again. This man is great 👍 Because I'm a teen who needs to get fit and stay strong in the off season of sports. He gives me great options without a pay wall, I don't have to figure everything out because I don't have to much experience in weight training and more.

I will add some of this in every day with the other stuff I do. I already have a goal of getting back in shape like I was in the service but I am also on a ERT for at sea fire fighting. Fighting fires you need to not only be strong but have the endurance to do it. In training instructors will talk about guys who would come in and be able to dead lift a set of weight but that does you no good if you can't hold it. Foot work, breathing, weight distribution, endurance and being able to handle weight all comes into play. I won't lie though I won't fight fire full time and hope non ever happen where I am but I have to be ready mentally and physically.

These videos are great! Ever since quarantine started on march I have been following Chris's videos and trained everyday (except for sundays) and then before I knew it I started seeing good progress on my shoulders and arms, these videos are life changing, thanks man much love 🔥🔥🔥

So I’ve been doing this workout and other of his videos and for a week or 2 I already lost 5 lbs Thankyou just don’t give up like he’s says pause real quick and slow but don’t get discourage and just wanna say this helped a lot and I’m grateful trying to be the best self I can be and Thankyou Chris

What’s the diff between the Morning and Evening Routine apart from the exercises?

i know it's a 5 month old comment, but usually morning routines tend to have less impact in them, as you're more prone to wearing down your joints in the morning, while evening can have full impact, it's why it's recommended to run in the evening rather than morning, something about some joint fluids that take a while to get in place after you wake up, read it a while ago

@@sebaba001 It`s an interesting point however in relation to Chris Heria`s workout, there doesn`t seem to be any difference between his Morning and Evening Routine apart from the exercises. Both Routines are HIT.

I wake up at 5 AM , arriving home 6 PM , i eat i workout and i sleep then repeat , i'm motivated and young , you can do this , WE CAN DO THIS !!!!

Bro same I work 12s too, I run 3 miles every day and I’m gunna incorporate this after my run and I think it will help, but for real! It’s all mental! Once you get over that hump, it becomes fun!

@@toby5090 That's okay as long as you're not eating more calories than you burn :). As long as you're being in a Calorie deficit means that you will burn fat and lose weight

Chris is so humble and never talks down to those (of us) who can't (yet) do the more rigorous form of whatever exercise he introduces. This helps us (non-genetically pre-disposed athletes) feel like we can ALWAYS do something. :)
