If you did a follow-up video of a guided session to do these exercises and I follow along, I would happily watch 😊
@NenaKPlans2 жыл бұрын
Agreed, this would be SUPER useful - especially to send to friends and family who might not take the time to watch the explanations 🙃
@murius007 Жыл бұрын
Agreed. I would even contribute to a paid section for these on this video as well as on others for this channel. A series like 30 days to better posture where maybe every week it advances or something and all I need is to follow along to the video 1-5 times per day as I have snippets of time.

Your videos are simply golden for an ex athlete turned into video editor like me. I find myself wanting to actually do the exercises you show on a regular basis, but when the moment comes I forget what they are and how to properly do them. As someone else suggested, a guided video with only the exercises would be nice (so that one could play it and listen to the instructions every time they want to do them) and/or - even better for me personally, cause I would print it and pin it on the wall above my desk - a nice colorful pdf sheet to sum them up and have them ready to go. Thank you for the super valuable content provided. You rock.

So glad I found your channel! Great stretches, explanations and demonstrations. It would be more helpful if I could do the entire stretch with you in real time. You quickly move onto the next stretch while I'm getting the previous stretch started. I can pause the video but this takes me out of my stretch and then its hard to get the right form again so I rewind. That's the only complaint. Everything else you're doing is perfect! Your smiles and demeanor are wonderful!

I love all this mobility stuff. It makes me feel so much more alive in the body and clear in my head. This is a really good channel, I trust every word you say and I love how you talk about nervous system stuff and sciatica nerve. You really stand out in your knowledge, authenticity (lol cliche word but relevant), camera angles and communication. I just tried a few things from your other videos and it's been a really good start to my day. Thanks for what you do.

What a good idea advices on this subject! Most movements are difficult to do at work. Would you do a second video for solutions without laying on the floor?
@Vangienator2 жыл бұрын
I only recently discovered your channel by chance. I absolutely enjoy your style of explaining things simply, but with a scientific foundation and also in an entertaining way. The idea to make short videos that reference each other and are linked is also excellent. I have tried some of the stretches already and I will be incorporating them into my regular training routines, just to save some time and hassle :) Thank you very much for these inspiring videos with easy to copy movements (with variants to make it easier or harder)!
@GruntMike172 жыл бұрын
I love your videos and love the explanation but was wanting to suggest having an accessory video that is just the movements so we can just turn it on and follow along like a typical instructional video I can repeat daily.

Thank you Liz. I find it difficult to do the cactus. How often should we do this exercise. At 64 is it too late to improve muscle stretches. I do yin yoga and vin yasa yoga once a week. Still feel especially stepping forward from down dog to forward fold. As for sitting cross legged. my ankles always say no. My knees are up to the sky. Is there any hope for me?
