@@جيانالحربي-ض5ب you can't get rid of hip dips (as it's apart of your bone structure) you can however build enough muscle to create the illusion of wider hips. Try eating in a calorie maintenance or surplus while consuming foods high in protein, healthy carbs and fats.

@AlwandiswaRadebe To gain weight, you have to be in a calorie surplus or maintainence. Like the previous comment said, try to eat foods high in protein, healthy carbs, and fats. You can also try adding weights to maximize booty growth.

Just remember that a little cellulite is completely natural ❤ (esp if you're a woman). To lose body fat, you have to eat in a calorie deficit while consuming foods high in protein, healthy fats, and carbs 😊 and if you can try doing some low intensity cardio (eg. Walking) after every workout.
