@@judymyles5856 Well speaking from experience, if you want a full butt do intense workouts every 3 days...let the muscle expand instead of thinning it out by working out everyday. If you allow your muscles to rest they expand and you look think instead. Ever noticed how people who quit gym gain weight? It's muscles that expand and they gain weight without even eating much. You want a bigger butt let it rest for 2 days at most to allow it to grow faster.

yay!! i did it! first time! not sure if i’ll only do this one for my butt exercises but i think ill come back for this one. i am gonna feel it the next few days. i was interrupted after the second set. but i finished it after. this is my second workout in 7-10 days or so, but the first time hardly counts, it was just a quick something. but hey, it’s more than i can say for the last…. years. my last real routine was before the pandemic (about 1-2 workouts per week). i can tell how much weaker my body is and i hope to change that. i definitely cannot do much cardio but i hope to be back with time, no matter how long it will take me, as long as i stay somewhat consistent. also my butt looks horrible, so i hope i can improve it noticeably, even if not 100%. thank you so much! 🤍 edit: i also love that this is not only no jumping, no equipment but on the floor without lying on your stomach. i have issues with my spleen, its larger than it should be due to a condition and prevents me from lying on it, especially on harder floors. which is also why i might not be able to do too much that includes my stomach area but this one worked and ill take everything i can get 🤍

Sometimes but it depends on your genetics. It’s better to drink plenty of water, get sleep for 9-10hr, and try limit fatty and sugary snacks

You can't spot reduce fat (you can't get rid of stomach bulge, esp in a day). You need to be in a calorie deficit and should be eating relatively healthy so that you can lose overall body fat.

Weight Gain is solely based on your diet - not excerises. Trying eating in a calorie surplus (eating more than you burn) and foods that are high in protein, healthy carbs, and fats 😊

All my glute exercises are aiming for muscle growth, you can add some dumbbells as well for extra strength and volume. Make sure you eat enough food during the day with at least 2 protein rich meals. I started strength training because I was too skinny. Once i built some muscle I also put on weight because of muscle gain 😊❤️ muscle gain = exercise + food and protein. Eat protein reach meals at least 2x a day, my favourite are e.g. chicken, beef, fish, eggs, beans. I have them either with rice, potatoes or pasta for some balance of carbs. Eat portions to make yourself feel full enough. You can also add some protein during the day from nuts, protein yogurt, protein cottage cheese, protein shake/water, oats. I eat healthy 70-80% of the time and I balance it out with some treats. I enjoy in the evenings some chocolate or ice-cream, i have a soft spot for cheesecakes or some donuts haha (it is okay to have some treats, it’s the quantity you eat that matters). Muy buenos ejercicios y excelente rutina para glúteos,pero para que ella obtenga ese cuerpo ,también se ve que usa pesas y proteína . porqué por más que nos matemos haciendo ejercicios,se logra un bonito cuerpo si pero es todo un procedimiento entre alimentación,pesas ,cantidad de proteína y lograr el cuerpito de ella .

If there is a superset exercise (where is no rest), the preview of the next exercise shows 10s before it starts. If there is a rest between exercises, then the preview of the exercise shows during that rest. The next exercise is also always displayed in the text overlay the whole time. Sorry, I’m not sure exactly what you mean.. so i tried to explain when the next exercise shows up ❤️ I hope it helps..
