Rewatching your videos as we speak (obviously lol) and I did try this method and I shed way less! My hair isn’t thick, but it isn’t thin either and I wanted a way to grow my hair quicker in a healthy way. I started using this about 6 months ago and let me tell you Farrah, this shit really works! I’m able to trim my hair every month without dreading how long it took my hair to grow out. But every since I’ve used this method, my hair has been growing quicker than usual,my hair is shedding less, and I’m noticing new hairs growing on my scalp. With my experience, consistency is key. You have such good natural remedies. just a heads up, putting water in your hair first actually just fills up the hair. Think about a dry towel, it is able to absorb more water than if it was already damp. It’s known in the hair color world also that when you apply color to dry hair it becomes more intense and picks up faster, it penetrates more. Love your videos.

lisha parmar go to your local beauty supply store and get a thing of "NIOXIN" it won't grow hair back but it strengthens and thickens what you have now and stops more from falling out. and take b vitamins like b17 and biotin specifically for your hair on top of your daily vitamins. you should also consider seeing a doctor as drastic hairloss can be a warning sign of underlying health problems. love and light sent your way and I hope you find solutions for your troubles!
@aamnahere62505 жыл бұрын
Are you suffering from a vitamin D deficiency? A lot of times we shed hair because of that. Spending ten to fifteen minutes a day outside should get you enough vitamin D. Your hair is made of protein so by consuming protein rich foods, you protect your hair from damage. Remember, your hair are the last cells of your body where nutrition is absorbed because hair isn't essential to our daily functionality which is why if you're having a small amount of protein intake, it'll not do good to your hair. The best homemade protein mask is an egg yolk. It works wonders for hair. Rice water is known to increase hair growth and reduce shedding. Use it once a week or something and if you see positive change, continue it. Buy a wooden brush. It distributes the natural hair oils on scalp to the entire length of our hair follicle and also visibly reduces hair fall. Do not use a cotton towel. Use a soft t shirt that doesn't tug on your hair. Detangle your hair with your hands before using a brush. Get at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep every day with braided hair. I hope these tips help you overcome your hair loss. Hang in there.

Hey, she posted a DIY 5yrs ago "How to grow long healthy hair fast-How to grow out layers" and she did an amazing job (like always) and provided a few links to essential oils she recommends on amazon. I'm wondering if we can use those oils for this DIY with the same measurements...?

Hi Farah. Can we use any other oil instead of avocado oil?

Farah! I thought I lost you?!? Wondering if you have any tips or advice on how to grow back your hair around the front/Crown area? Aside from my hair falling out, I’ve noticed a great deal of much hair lost in the front hair line. I have to wear my hair in a bun style almost everyday for work, and it’s killing me!! Any extra tips?! Will definitely try this DIY out in hopes that it will help with my hair growth issues!! Please let me know!!! Thanks so much!! XO

I’m getting more and more gray hairs though I don’t “feel” stressed and my hair has gotten so thin over the years. I tried this but I could get my black seeds to grind in any way. What do I do?
