How about paint marking the cam location to the frame before removing the cams to apply anti seize? Won’t that keep it in proper alignment without the need to realign?

You should always realign after doing this. Also, marking it is not a good idea because when you do mess up the alignment while wheeling or something, most likely you will need to mess with the toe, camber, and caster again depending what got out of alignment.
