I encourage you to journal during this difficult time and look for the treasures in the darkness. "I will give you the treasures of darkness and the hoards in secret places, that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, who call you by your name." I have always assumed everyone that has passed is asleep until the coming of Christ again and then all will be judged and then the saved ones will go on to Heaven then. Either way, just know you're saved and that you will go to Heaven some day. I believe and have faith . I love our Lord and I will get to Heaven

I thank God for this video. I've never been more certain about what will happen to me when I die than. I always knew as a Christian I'd go heaven but I wondered what would happen in the mean time before the resserection no I can die whenever that time comes ready to praise God both I die and after he raises me when he comes

I think it could be like when you wake up after surgery. You do not know if 30,000 yrs have passed or if 30 seconds have passed. I believe God could keep your soul asleep and you would not be aware of time. God is God and he can perform anything he wants to because he made everything ther is, including people! Trust Him!

No scripture does not tell us “to be absent from the body is to be present with the lord.” It states “to be absent from the body, AND present with the lord. “That does not mean the moment you die you’re present with the lord. What it means is that you have to die in order to be present with the lord.

Then when Lazarus was dead for 4 days, Jesus tells his disciples that he was asleep in death and he must go and "awaken" him because he told them later he was dead. Why doesn't the bible tell us where Lazarus was for those 4 days?

Luke 23:42-43 Christ said, [42] And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. [43] And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. Notice he he said Paradise (which is not heaven). A thieve can’t make it into heaven and it never said the thief ever did make it to heaven.

Paul saying he will be out of the body with the Lord, can easily mean, the next thought he would have, would be awakening with the Lord. Youve misunderstood this completely Its gret gain, becasue the next moment you are with Christ, even if 30 thousand years passes while " asleep"

If Jesus told the thief that on that day he would be with him in paradise then that is a lie because when Jesus sees mary after the resurrection he told her I have not yet ascended to my father so he would not have been to Heavan the three days before the resurrection scripture also teaches the dead know nothing hunts at that we would sleep until the resurrection
