You dont do "how you feel" you do what you must.
If you go off every day "how you feel" you'd never get anything done. No matter what you get it and you grind it out and you get it done. Once your business is done you can get in and focus on everything else going on in your life. Thats the mentality you have to take.
We catch up with Johnnie Jackson for a good reminder of... just grinding it out sometimes. Every workout won't be the best. You won't always feel like pushing it with your training. Granted you must rest and recover if your burning the candle at both ends BUT more often than not you can and must gut it out just to stay on schedule.
Long term consistency beats short term intensity. Getting it done consistently beats doing everything by how you feel on any given day. Get it done no matter what is the mentality that will get you there faster.
