I know its not always easy when you are in the grip of fear, but for me the anecdote is always laughter and humour. Laughter boosts your immune system and relieves stress... switch off the news, all news, get off facebook, find something you love doing, be kind and practice gratitude every single day - watch comedies and don't take yourself, or life, too seriously - its meant to be enjoyed, not endured.

This absolutely is an effort to minimize govt and give the power to the people. Of course we both know the govt doesnt control anything, the ultra wealthy/corporations do. The horse and pony show is just that. The plan is to secure the mineral rights of our land for the prosperity of all people by first establishing user data rights, putting a metering system into all internet devices to tax data collection and offset income taxes and homestead property taxes, then use that as a model for all natural resources and fully enable UBI, free healthcare, everything. End dogmatic reasoning and release all historical, e.t., scientific data, etc. Forgive all non violent crime due to it being held arbitrarily, and give ability to appeal all others. Rewrite the law books to eliminate most laws and place the citizen at the top of the pyramid. Like what I say about biden being a fraud and supporting unions, if laws were written in favor of the citizen the corporations would have to barter for us, not the other way around. Also, we implement a hemp revolution to clean the air and water and repair soil biomes, healing the environment and create a raw material and economic boom, pushing material sciences to 3-D printing using fibrous hemp resins to make lightweight building structures stronger than steel for the construction of green cities, subterranean cities and space shuttles and stations, fast forwarding us into a true Space Age which will allow the ultra wealthy to begin harvesting outer space much sooner to create the first quadrillionaires, etc. Earths resources are limited, they cant do it here. Thank you for this meditation 🙏❤️ In my case, fear comes from some traumatized parts of the "lower self" (as opposed to my higher self) which are still shaking in the traumatic vibes and are stubborn in not wanting to repeat a certain experience or feeling. They get entangled in body parts, sometimes, yes, so a breathing+body awareness+psychological work is always beneficial. I do that work (and registering some good progress, yay 🥳✨) with my therapist, which is mostly a rational woman. And I also try to integrate the good neurological work with some spiritual meditation, tuning into my higher self and searching for the true and meaningful life flow of my soul, also in relation to what is happening around. It ain't easy, but it's worth it. Sometimes I feel like I don't belong somewhere and my soul is suffering from the karmic mistakes. Will get there. Intention is always important.

Oddly, I have felt zero fear during this pandemic. I enjoyed the 15 days to slow the spread and beyond. I already home schooled my kids so that wasn't anything new. My husband was an essential worker so that didn't change. I did get to play in my yard, plant roses, and build a chicken coop. Life slowed down so that was really really nice. BUT I know many small businesses went under and that was terrible of our government to force shutdowns beyond the 15 days.

The ego's estimation that everything is simply not enough. Fear as Tolle would say disappears entirely by focusing on the present moment and listening. What we Fear most is loss. Lose of love, of life, of health, our youth, of freedom, of money.... it’s all about loss. And yet loss is an inevitable even necessary part of life. How else do new things come to us if not by something old, first departing? Fear of the grief that we know accompanies losing someone or something drives us to cling onto everything and prolong our pain when something’s time is done. The negative cycle of emotions begins with unexpressed grief from loss. The prospect of pain from loss creates fear. Fear transforms into anger, anger to hatred and hatred to a brooding resentment of life. Accepting loss and grieving removes the fear that you can’t handle life on life’s terms. The lesson in loss is often only that we will survive it, regardless of the pain. This transforms your anger at life into courage to go on which removes hatred and replaces it with love. From love comes compassion. Our compassion allows us to feel for others and ourselves when loss comes around again. You never feel more afraid than when you’re on your own and the remedy is to realise that you are never alone. We are all in this together. End of rant

Since you raised the topic, I do think the 'titles' of such content as you can some produce for your other channel need thinking about differently. If you are simply 'selling' something (like ice cream) then 'getting the public's attention' is meaningful to the extent that 'business' can be drummed up by (for example) an attention grabbing title (maybe with exclamation marks for extra effect!!). However, if we're talking about attempting to overcome division in the public sphere on topics which are 'hot' and divisive, and your aim is to raise awareness for one particular point of view within a field of public bifurcation, which you may wish to suggest (correctly) is not being covered, or covered incorrectly/partially, in the mainstream media, then surely the people whose 'attention' you most need to 'attract' are not the ones who agree with you already, but the ones who who rely most heavily on their 'trust' for the mainstream, and who don't even bother to open any content that may appear in their social media feeds (even by accident) which has words such as 'conspiracy' or 'government/media lies' in the title. Wouldn't it be better to deliver less 'controversy' in a title, and more in the content once you really have gained attention? Just a thought.
@terrycurtis97573 жыл бұрын
or maybe you can start a channel that goes exactly that way. why not? there's room for everyone's point of view. i wonder why sometimes, i too (as do you, and most of us) think i need to change someone else's voice.
@TM-dh8um3 жыл бұрын
@@terrycurtis9757 Don't want to change the voice. It's a much-needed one. Just think it wise not to facilitate any 'preaching to the choir' effect, which is what happens with many well-intentioned content across the web, when they appear to title the posts with words that many people (often influential themselves) will reject out of hand, sight unseen. After all, 'the opposition' clearly puts a lot of highly-paid background attention into how it can inveigle it's preferred narratives into the lives of potentially resistant viewers, so it seems to me logical to apply as commensurate a response to that as possible, and show that 'smart' people don't always have to have mainstream views. It's not easy of course - maybe it's just about having more concern for using a few less emotional, 'button-pushing' words, block capitals and exclamation marks, and using a bit more of the language that might attract those who may want to expand their knowledge (or consciousness) but who can suffer substantially from media-induced phobias, largely based on stereotyping, or who may be weak for the kind of flattery they routinely receive in the direction of 'You're too intelligent to bother watching this' types of message they so often, almost subliminally, receive.

If all of you here on this channel would like to hear what I saw when I died, continue reading. This will be the first time I am sharing this with you all. As always timing is everything. When I saw the other side of this reality we live in from a much larger perspective. I was in awe. I could literally be anywhere, anytime, and do anything I wanted. I could see all the universe, and more. I looked upon this planet, and without actually moving, I could see everything going on. I could see everything down to the tiniest insects, to all of you running around all over the place. I could also see, what most people know as your souls. They really just look like glowing balls of light, moving around independently. These glowing balls, some are very bright, and begin to dull from there. There are 3 particular souls that are very dark, and one nearly black. I will not name who they are, but I believe a lot of you know already. These people are my opposites within this reality. Because I got to see this first hand. I no longer have any attachments to this realm any more. I still like many things here, and also dislike many things that happen here. And see this reality as, I entered this realm with nothing, and I will leave this realm with nothing, but my free will. Freedom of choice. I did have the choice to come back or leave. But was urged to come back, as I had not completed my task here. Obviously I came back. So here we are today. With my opposites trying very hard to get you all to follow and obey them. At all costs. I will say now, that these very people, can actually brighten their soul back up again. Hence why I am back. I am here to reason with them, and show we must all work together as one UNited civilisation. Now a lot of you are probably thinking we can not reason with them. This is incorrect. As dark as their soul maybe, they still have one. Otherwise they would not exist in this realm. What I did in 2010 with my message to the world, which can be found in my about me, on this channel. Is that I gave these very people a choice to make. Work together, or I will use my free will when I die again, and replace the very entity they worship. And have also let them know, if they do not begin to change their ways, and begin brightening their souls once again. That I will use my free will, stay behind, become there new devil. And if they have not change their ways, I will be removing them all from this realm. I am only doing this, instead of going to a good place, because of the compassion I have for all of you. This is the only lesson every soul needs to learn here. We need to show compassion for all those that have done wrong by you. Also showing compassion for all those that do right by you. That’s it. Everything else we do in this reality is all up to each individual to experience whatever you choose to experience. Have fun with it. If you see another soul that has lost their way, try and see if they need help. If they look they they really need help, then jump in, and help anywhere you can and know how. When one reaches this level of awareness, fear no longer exists. It is and experience, nothing more. This experience is only here, while you are here in these fleshy bodies. Beyond this realm, it no longer exists. Time no longer exits, everything you believed or lead to believe in this realm, no longer exist. You become completely free of all the shackles that keep you here in this realm. Never commit suicide. Your negative thoughts will keep you here lingering. That is the trap many fall into. Thinking they will be free if they do this. But all it does is create more pain. You can choose to enter another body, or just linger in a vale that surrounds this planet. This vale is like a blanket, covering everything including people. Some people will be lucky enough to see beyond the vale. While others will never get to see beyond it. But in saying that, any one of you can get to see beyond the vale. Hence seeing reality for what it truly is. Most of you know this as enlightenment. I just call it awareness. If any of you would like me to extend this, I can add more. So if you feel the need to question me, please do so. I am here for all of you. Yes including you to Russell. Eternal and unconditional compassion to all. Ricky Klappers ❤️❤️❤️

@@Changeworld408 I fully understand where you are coming from, when it comes to trust. Hence why I say to many people. Do not trust me, trust your heart. It will guide you true. What else would you like to here, so I don’t ramble on 👍🏻😂 over this auto correct lmao

Interesting. I watched a lot of gaza footage. I feel fear when the army are flying over ( which they do often here in the Shire). Even some fireworks for a wedding set me off. Those poor families are living in insufferable conditions. Prior to watching the footage I hadn't been bothered by the military or fireworks at all. It only took me 11 days to develop a kind of mild ptsd.

I get that the gist of this video was to meditate our way through fear & become more relaxed - which I did this mini meditation & loved it. But what I want to know is 1 - what happened to poor little Albert!? & 2 - what kind of parents would allow such an horrendous & traumatic experiment, or even 'any' experiment to be done on their kid & barely a toddler at that!!? (but any age should still be unacceptable) As a parent, I find that truly cruel & sociopathic. What's to say that the fear's of that kid later in life, may not have been about mice/rats but about hammer's!? Or both! I know these kinds of 'experiments' were done back then, such as the twins experiment & removing them from their families to split them up & see how their lives turned out down the track - truly diabolical & discompassionate to say the least! But thank you Russell for the video & mini meditation, I really did enjoy doing the meditation.

I reckon that this is an opportunity to UNITE, expell the politics ,and hit refresh on the last 18 months . We, the human race ( excluding elite) ARE in 1- an experiment 2-a psychological war 3- a small window of opportunity to turn the tables. Love is the answer and the integral and lost emotion towards each other that we must re ignite in order to forge ahead. Together, not divided. ❤️
