This healthy and easy recipe helped me lose weight while on a diet. If you are looking for a quick lunch, dinner or snack, this recipe is perfect. It is very easy to prepare and you will enjoy every step of the cooking process. Do you have kale at home? This kale recipe is so delicious that I ate it three times a week and lost weight!
❖ Recipe and ingredients
Chop 1/4 young cabbage
Fry cabbage in vegetable oil
Grate 1 carrot and put it in a frying pan
Heat vegetable oil in a second frying pan
Chop the spring onions and fry them in a pan
Beat 3 eggs and add spring onions
fry as in the video
Send the prepared omelette with onions to the vegetables in a frying pan
salt and pepper
Add soy sauce
Rice Paper
Soak a sheet of rice paper in water
Add a few spoons of steamed vegetables to the omelette
Wrap in rice paper as shown in the video
Fry on both sides until golden brown

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
stir thoroughly
