This healthy and easy recipe helped me lose weight while on a diet. If you are looking for a quick lunch, dinner or snack, this recipe is perfect. ❖ Recipe and ingredients
Chop 1/4 young cabbage
Fry cabbage in vegetable oil
Grate 1 carrot and put it in a frying pan
Heat vegetable oil in a second frying pan
Chop the spring onions and fry them in a pan
Beat 3 eggs and add spring onions
fry as in the video
Send the prepared omelette with onions to the vegetables in a frying pan
salt and pepper
Add soy sauce
Rice Paper
Soak a sheet of rice paper in water
Add a few spoons of steamed vegetables to the omelette
Wrap in rice paper as shown in the video
Fry on both sides until golden brown

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
stir thoroughly
