1 broccoli (250-300g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
60g carrots
180g mushrooms
1 red pepper
1-2 potatoes
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian vanilla (oregano)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon fennel (optional)
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes
60g chickpeas
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil

3 tablespoons flour
80g mozzarella cheese
1 cup plant-based milk or cow's milk (200 ml)
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45-50 minutes
