Keiichi Tsuchiya does it in speed. It almost have a zero countersteer. He just only use 3 pedals, a shifter and some steering work.

Handbrake is used to extend and foot brake is used shorten a line. In turn this affects your angle. Rev matching is needed for your car not to bog and grip up.

I personally only use a handbrake entry in a super tight hairpin most corners can be drifted by clutch kicking feint or braking

wait so if you dont clutch in pull the handbrake and then let first the handbrake down and then clutch out you are going to brake your axles ?

Yes :) break the axles, drivetrain, damage clutch and you'll stall. You're basically stopping the rear wheels from spinning when pulling the handbrake, so when you press the clutch you disengage the trans from the engine so that the engine stops moving the rear wheels forward. When you dont press the clutch, the engine keeps pushing forward while under handbrake.
