@@CindyTheLDCoach Seriously... the background music (any noise) is distracting from hearing YOU. If a KZbin video is just watching something... it's fine to have background music... but when someone like you is teaching us, something this important... We don't need background noise (music). We only want Need and WANT to hear You talk.

Being the Principal of you school, which type of masters degree would you recommend? Educational Leadership, Curriculum, Special Education, etc.? How much does it depend on the type of school that you're running?

That is a great question and difficulty for me to answer. I think its just depend more on you getting it in an area where you need what that particular degree offers more. For example, if you are a special needs school and you don't have a background in that then that might be the way to go. Say you wanted to write your own curriculum then that might be the way to go. You never can go wrong with leadership. I personally got my undergraduate degree in special education and I was a special education teacher. I decided to get my Masters in educational leadership in case I wanted to be a principle in public school. I now feel like I got the best of both worlds. I hope things helps!!
